At Canvas Style, we want you to love your fashion accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your jewelry in its original branded box and place it inside a padded shipping envelope to ensure it arrives safely.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
